Shipping Policy

Getting your goods to you safely and swiftly is of utmost importance to us. To ensure the secure delivery of orders to the correct recipients our carriers all require someone to sign for the consignments at the final destination. Please make sure to fill in the correct recipient address information. DO NOT fill in PO Boxes but have a street address to avoid a potential trip to the Post Office or the package being unable to be dispatched and cleared, etc.

1.we not only support shipping to countries listed on our site, if you can't find your country on our list. please contact us by support@fyrework.ai


2.While most packages are delivered within in shipping time showing on our store (please note it is business days). However, in some instances, delays may have been experienced due to events beyond our control (such as weather or processing time in customs). Delivery times are not guaranteed.

3.After you place an order, we will process your order within 1-3 working days(Except Global warehouse). However, during holidays or unexpected surges in order volume, it may take longer for us to send your order.

●Regarding transportation time

We have warehouses distributed worldwide, and delivery times vary for each warehouse


And the transportation time is as follows:
1.International shipping from China warehouse, shipping time 15-25 days.
2.EU area shipping from UK/FR warehouses, shipping time 7-10 working days.
3.USA area shipping from USA warehouses, shipping time 7-10 working days.

 

●Free-Shipping Terms

Fyrework.ai ships items from the United States, UK, and Europe Warehouse.Free shipping on orders over $100. 

Fyrework.ai Ships from global warehouses. Shipping is covered by Fido for orders over $100 with shipping costs up to $15. Any amount exceeding $15 is the buyer’s responsibility.

1、Global warehouse orders are shipped from China.

2、Shipping costs vary based on package size and weight. Please contact us for inquiries, and we’ll provide information on shipping fees and transit times.

3、Note: We do not guarantee delivery times for each shipping method. The delivery time for your package obviously depends on your location

 

●Lost Boxes

If you feel a box has been lost in transit please contact fyrework.ai  within 7 business days with the order or invoice number and a list of the missing items. A track and trace search will be undertaken and inquiries will be made with the corresponding freight company to try and locate the missing box.

 

●Missing Parts or Faulty Dispatched

Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part or incorrectly dispatched please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate.

 

●Missing or Damaged Shipments

To avoid potential damaged or missing item disputes, you need to check the condition of the goods on arrival and ensure that all boxes in your order are present before signing for the parcel.

Please do not sign for boxes with exterior damage. This will immediately invalidate any insurance for ‘Damaged Goods’ and immediately becomes the customer's property in its signed condition. If the box has been delivered without the driver obtaining your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before a refund or replacement can occur.
